We are looking to hire a catering manager for Funkheizer’s Catering company!! We are looking for someone who wants to earn a very good living working as our partner in a catering business that is a startup as Funkheizer’s Catering, but we are anything but NEW to building relationships in this market. We have catered in this market for over a decade as Fresh Chef. It is absolutely essential that the person who takes this opportunity can and will do the following:
1) Represents our brand
2) able to drive a small catering van (good driving record)
3) can sell and close catering calls
4) can set up large and small event’s (sometimes by yourself)
5) has a flexible schedule
6) understands food safety
7) can direct and manage fellow staff
8.) can cost out food and labor for catering bids
9) detail oriented
10) has a winning attitude with a can do spirit

We are willing and able to teach what you don’t know if you are willing to learn!
