Yoga Holistic Healing and Stress Management Meditation
Yoga Wall Holistic Healing, geared towards individual needs and goals, meditation lessons for stress relief and relaxation.
Private sessions designed to work with and around injuries for recovery and other specific needs.
Sessions incorporate tools such as the Yoga Wall for assisted stretching and decompression of the spine as well as different techniques and holistic healing arts effective for relaxation of the body and the mind. You will gain a better understanding of yourself, your body and your mind. You will learn how to determine what your body needs allowing you to have a stronger connection between body and mind for a healthy and balance life style.
Have you ever found yourself switching from the sympathetic (fight/flight) nervous system to the parasympathetic (rest/digest)? This is one of the symptoms in modern day life. With relaxation and stress management thru meditation you will access accurate information that will have a profound improvement on your sleep, mood, productivity and reactivity.
Sessions are tailor made to meet your specific needs there is no experience necessary. We will start at the beginning and will progress at an appropriate pace. I believe we are all unique, one of one and in constantly changing balance therefore your session will be modify to meet your fitness level and your specific needs of the day of each session.
For sessions utilizing the Yoga Wall you can come to my offices in Coronado CA or I can come to you for sessions without the Yoga Wall.
