🐾 A huge THANK YOU to Shannon’s Distinctive Fashion! 🐾

We are incredibly grateful to Shannon’s Distinctive Fashion and their amazing customers for collecting towels for our Pet Towel Drive! ❤️

These donations may seem simple, but they make a big difference. Towels help us keep our surgery patients warm and comfortable during recovery, provide cozy bedding for animals in our care, and assist our staff with daily cleaning and medical care.

Your generosity and support help us continue providing compassionate care to the pets who need it most. Thank you for partnering with PAAC and making a difference in the lives of so many animals! 🐶🐱

Interested in helping? We are always accepting donations of new or gently used towels at our clinic!

We are incredibly honored to be recognized by as part of their Partners in Action spotlight! 💙🐾

At PAAC, our mission is simple: provide affordable, accessible veterinary care that keeps pets healthy, supports families, and helps reduce pet overpopulation throughout South Texas. Every spay/neuter surgery, wellness visit, community outreach event, and Pets for Life interaction is possible because of the support of our community, donors, volunteers, and dedicated team.

Thank you, HumanePro, for highlighting the work we do and the impact that collaboration can have in creating healthier communities for both pets and the people who love them.

We invite you to read their feature and learn more about the lifesaving work happening at PAAC. Together, we’re making a difference—one pet at a time. ❤️

In this Partners in Action highlight, we’re giving a shout-out to P.A.A.C.-People Assisting Animal Control, a nonprofit dedicated to reducing pet overpopulation and improving the lives of animals in South Texas. 👏

Based in Corpus Christi, PAAC provides affordable and lifesaving veterinary care for rescues, shelters and pet owners, preventing unnecessary euthanasia and reducing shelter intake. Their dedicated team performs about 900 spay/neuter surgeries a month, which it provides free for rescue animals and community cats! 🙌

PAAC’s work extends beyond its clinic walls. Through its Pets for Life program, food pantry and community outreach events, it brings pet care resources directly to underserved neighborhoods.

Kudos to PAAC for demonstrating how collaboration between shelters, rescues, veterinarians and access-to-care organizations can create practical, scalable solutions for communities struggling with shelter intake and euthanasia challenges. Learn more about them at: https://www.ccpaac.org/
