Happy Thanksgiving from Rock Engineering, a UES company. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what we’re thankful for – and we are thankful for each of you!

Rock Engineering, a UES company, provided geotechnical engineering for Dawson Elementary and is currently on-site providing construction materials testing support.

The geotechnical engineering services scope included drilling, laboratory testing, and engineering analysis of the site. Groundwater readings were taken during drilling, and samples were analyzed in our lab.

The new build includes a 12,650 square-foot slab over cartons resting on approximately 109 belled piers. Rock Engineering provided construction materials testing for concrete cylinders, grout prisms, and mortar cubes.

We are happy to be partnered with Corpus Christi Independent School District for their new educational facility!

Kicking off the City of Round Rock's Old Settlers Park Improvements project! Rock Engineering, a UES company, is currently onsite providing geotechnical engineering services alongside design engineer Kimley-Horn. Improvements for the 640-acre park will include additional water features at Rock'N River, a stage for future events, a larger pavilion structure with a restroom facility, a replacement playground, civil and electrical upgrades, six additional fields, and an expanded adult recreation complex.
