We’re recovering from an incredible night at our World Volleyball Day Tournament! 🏐 What a wonderful evening filled with great volleyball, sportsmanship, and friendships.

Congratulations to all of our champions and to every team that competed. It wasn’t easy, but you gave it your all, and we couldn’t be more proud! 💪🏽

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, athletes, and families. Your support, dedication, and hard work made this event possible. 🐍

CC Rattlers celebrate World Volleyball Day July 7 hosting a tournament On July 7, 1896 volleyball made it's public debut as a sport. Now clubs and communities across the world celebrate by hosting tournaments like the Corpus Christi Rattlers volleyball club.

⭐️ Bailey Bondoc
10th Grade – Beeville High School

Bailey Bondoc is the definition of a true six-rotation player. She impacts every phase of the game with her versatility, competitiveness, and high volleyball IQ!! 💯💯💯

As a setter in the back row, Bailey does an excellent job running the offense while making outstanding defensive plays that keep rallies alive. When she rotates to the front row, she becomes a smart and efficient attacker, consistently finding open spots on the court and making great decisions with every swing!

She may not be the biggest player on the floor, but Bailey proves that heart, intelligence, and relentless effort can make all the difference. She’s a fierce competitor who elevates her team every time she steps on the court! 🙌

Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive:

📅 Date: July 7
⏰ Team Check-In: 5:15 PM
🏐 First Match: 5:30 PM (matches will stay on schedule, so please be ready to play!)

Tournament Format
• 8 teams competing on 2 courts
• Coaches are not needed for teams
• Pool play determines seeding for the Championship Bracket
• Best 2 out of 3 sets
• Sets to 15 points (win by 2)

Spectator Information
🪑 Folding chairs are welcome along the wall of Court 1
🏟️ Bleacher seating is also available.
🎟️ Admission is $2 per spectator (CASH ONLY)
🍭 Concessions available
