ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Maintenance Tech assists in the overall maintenance operations while taking a hands-on approach to the completion of all projects. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the community meets safety, appearance, and operational standards established by the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

Travel to Corunna (50%), Saginaw Township (25%), and Alma (25%), MI property locations

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN BASIC MAINTENANCE TOOLS

MUST HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must work well in a team environment & be able to run software and apps on a smartphone
Adaptable to current processes and systems
Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
Ability to work well without supervision
Strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Aptitude for general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Exceptional customer service skills
Safe and neat work habits

1-3 years of verifiable experience

COMPENSATION:
$18 to start
Mileage

• HOME BASE CORUNNA, travel to Saginaw Twp, and Alma, MI for maintenance tasks

Make Ready apartment units
• Preventative Maintenance
• Work Order Completion during both normal business hours and after hours for emergency repairs
• Assist in the purchase, installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing, heating, air conditioning fixtures and appliances
• Carpentry
• Snow Removal during winter months
• Performs maintenance inspections
• Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
VALID DRIVER LICENSE
