There are some people who leave a mark on your life that time never erases. Geoff was one of those people for me personally and KidSpirit.

One of the greatest gifts Geoff gave was his belief in KidSpirit. He understood that the work we do is about so much more than camps or classes—it's about helping young people discover confidence, build friendships, and realize their potential. He believed in our mission because he believed in kids.

His legacy lives on through every young person who receives a KidSpirit scholarship because of the endowment created in his honor. More importantly, it lives on in the countless lives he touched simply by being Geoff. Even after 14 years, his legacy lives on through our hearts, memories and friendship which never ends.

I miss his friendship, his laughter, his perspective, and the way he always seemed to know when to encourage, challenge, or simply listen. Geoff had an incredible ability to make people feel like they mattered. He led with kindness, humility, and a genuine belief in others. I often find myself wishing I could tell him about a new program, introduce him to one of our amazing student staff, or watch him smile as he saw another child discover something they didn't know they could do.

I will always be grateful for his friendship. I miss him, I think about him often, and I hope he knew just how much he meant to so many of us. ❤️

Today at KidSpirit, superheroes of all kinds walked the halls! 🦸‍♀️ We did archery, soccer, painting, and dancing, all while rocking our own superhero costumes! 💥

Some guardians even came to see what our campers have been working on throughout the session. They showed off their art and even their archery skills. 🏹🎨

Get ready, Session 2 starts on Monday, and we can't wait!

We've been having so much fun at KidSpirit! Our days have been full of pickleball, oobleck making, singing, reading, and making lots of friends. 📖🎨

Today was our first day of summer day camp!

We spent the day making friends, reading, learning, playing games, and having fun. Summer is off to a great start already, and we can't wait to see what tomorrow holds!🌞

KidSpirit staff spent the past week learning classroom management skills, daily camp procedures, positive youth development, and so much more! We sang camp songs, practiced our skills, and had a blast while doing it. 📋🎶
