May 5, 2008 - The day everything changed for my husband, Kenney and I.

Our son, Gabriel, was silently born into this world and left just as quiet. We knew his diagnosis wasn’t compatible with life and that doctors deemed him unviable. Oh, but his short time here was compatible and his life viable, because it forever changed me. It changed his daddy, his siblings, his grandparents, aunts, uncles and so many women who would experience a similar diagnosis or face an abortion.

We remember Gabe today and look forward to seeing him again someday soon, in Heaven.

Happy 18th Birthday, son. We love you.
