In-person lessons have begun again! I’m still offering live video lessons, but now you can choose what is best for you from week to week. Best of both worlds! So far most people are still choosing to do live video lessons, which encourages me that students were still happy with lesson quality during this socially distanced season. Our Story

SPECIALTIES:

* Piano and guitar using chords in modern styles.

* Singing and playing at the same time (guitar or piano).

* Facilitating non-traditional learners.

I teach piano and guitar. Depending on what a student desires to learn, I focus on traditional note reading (for piano), playing by ear and by chord, music theory, song writing, and performance techniques. I also offer 'hybrid lessons' where a student can focus on singing with their instrument. The lessons are taught in a large, beautiful teaching studio in my home. There is space available for parents or siblings to wait or study in a separate room adjoining the studio.

Each student is given personal consideration to be taught the way they learn the best. I realize that people are different, and therefore, my teaching changes to suit their needs. I encourage input from parents and students to help me with this goal.
