Most float trips end with everyone loading boats and heading home.

This one ended around the fire.

After a full day on the river, we slowed things down with good food, cold beers, and stories about the fish that got away. As the sun dropped behind the mountains, nobody was checking the time, and nobody wanted to be the first one to leave.

The fish were great, but the time around the fire was even better.
