Today I wanted to feature my mother’s Cinnamon Rolls. The ultimate baked good! Every Thursday I do a half batch of the classic rolls and then the Pecan Caramel Sticky Bun! Some customers have come to expect them hot and ready! Today they are! Come have one.

The Rugelach. One of my favorite pastries to feature here at the Backstage. Made with a homemade cream cheese puff pastry the rugelach is a decadent delectable. I always say it’s about as close to a doughnut as we make. Today I added Nutella and fresh raspberries. Come try one out on our last week. I will be featuring some of my favorite items through out the week.
