Here is a helpful hint in the kitchen from Dominic:

When adding red or white wine to sauté, make sure the pan is sizzling hot. The wine will instantly fuse with the the ingredients and the true flavor of the wine will be brought out in the food.

*If you don't have a sizzling hot pan, the wine will break apart and your food won't have the flavor it needs*
