Celtic Coffee Co. was founded on the principle that life is too short to drink bad coffee, and good coffee doesn’t have to be pretentious. I began truly loving coffee around 2006 when I started to discover the variety of flavors and complexities available in fresh, well-brewed black coffee! As a result, I began roasting coffee for myself in 2007. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed trying many varieties, roasting techniques, and brewing methods to find the coffees I like best. Over the years I’ve shared my favorites with family and friends, and now I want to share them with your family, too.
