Matt and I had a crazy idea of holding a January event that would need to be marketed over the holidays. We just knew, based on our own clients and our pulse on culture, that leaders right now need events that aren’t blowing smoke of hustle culture all over them. There’s honestly enough of these, and people keep needing “another dose” because they don’t end in fulfillment. They just get you from one hustle to the next, constantly leaving you searching for an elusive “more” that they keep selling you. Leaders need truly impactful strategies that are rooted and grounded in truth and lead to fulfillment. You won’t have to chase “more” when you live fulfilled. You bring the more to where you are because it’s from an overflowing cup. IMPACT > OPTICS.

We are grateful for our mentors and friends who said YES to joining forces and sharing their real strategies that have helped lead them to fulfillment too.
