We’re proud to break ground on three new homes—two in Council Bluffs: 744 and 750 Mynster Street, and one in Omaha: 4550 N 16th Street —expanding access to affordable, safe, quality housing for families in our communities.

Each home represents more than construction—it’s an opportunity for stability, growth, and a stronger future for low- to moderate-income families. Through strong partnerships and a shared vision, we’re continuing to invest in neighborhoods and create lasting impact.
