After years of dedicated service at UPS Van Nuys, Brother Mike Real is beginning a well-earned retirement.

Mike's commitment, hard work, and solidarity have left a lasting impact on his coworkers and our union. Throughout his career, he helped strengthen Teamsters Local 396 and set an example of what it means to stand together on the job.

Today we're highlighting the work being done by our UPS Orange County Teamsters and the growing momentum behind the Amazon organizing campaign.

Our Business Agents are out in the buildings talking with members, enforcing the contract, answering questions, and strengthening the solidarity that makes our union strong. At the same time, we're continuing to support Amazon workers who are organizing for the dignity, respect, and strong union contract they deserve.

When Teamsters stand together, we build power on every shop floor and raise standards for workers across the industry.

Solidarity isn't just a word, it's action.
