For Cincinnati, the Ohio statewide “generation supply” rate jumped 30% on June 1, 2025 — from ~8.02¢/kWh to 10.445¢/kWh.

In Kentucky (NKY), the local utility filed a rate‐adjustment request for increase of approximately 17.8% for all customer groups. Important: That increase in KY has not yet been approved and is still under review by the KY Public Service Commission. psc.ky.gov

What this means: ELECTRICITY COSTS ARE RISING, while the SOLAR POWER RATE STAYS THE SAME.
