Regardless of your affiliation, this is GREAT news!! Corporations are buying up houses and neighborhoods (even new construction options) and home buyers cannot compete with them! Not only is it creating a problem for home buyers but these corporations are not vetting their applicants well enough and the houses are not being taken care of and they start to deteriorate or worse making the neighborhood look bad as well. And if that is not bad enough, those houses will end up hitting the market one day for a price WAY below what the other houses in that neighborhood are worth, driving down the values on other homes.
This is a step in the right direction for future homeowners!
