Do you feel emotionally imbalanced?

When you feel this way, it’s generally events from the past being triggered in the present. You most likely don’t realize that it is these past issues that are fueling your emotional reaction in the present. You probably think you are justified in how you feel.

You most likely don’t know that these emotions are activated in the present situation, but they come from the past.

This really muddies the water and makes it impossible for your emotional needs to be met because you are asking for something from the past, not the present to be healed.

This causes many arguments in relationships. The other person not being able to met your needs, reacts to your reaction, and the cycle continues.
