Last week, a group of TiER1 employees used Service Time Off at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. The team had the opportunity to directly support neighbors in their community by helping families shop for groceries, while also replenishing and organizing food pantry shelves for the days ahead. Their service provided 3,610 meals to 275 people in the Atlanta region.

We had a blast celebrating National Take Your Kid to Work Day last week!

We kicked things off by hearing from the real experts - the kiddos - about what they think their parents do.

From there, the kids jumped into four interactive stations where they showed off some seriously impressive thinking:
-Solving Smart Tomato’s “boring meeting” problem with fresh, fun ideas
-Designing a brand new park for the City of Cincinnati
-Spreading kindness by writing and decorating letters for staff at a local children’s hospital
-Stepping into the spotlight with a dress-up and video station

A couple weeks ago, CVG TiER1ers made Valentine’s cards for kids supported by the Fernside Center for Grieving Children. We crafted small notes designed to offer encouragement, kindness, and a reminder that they’re not alone.

Fernside creates space for children and families to process grief, build connections, and find hope. We’re grateful for the work they do and for the chance to support their mission in a small but meaningful way.

Proud of our CVG team for leading with heart, creativity, and compassion.
