This spin takes a combination of grip, body positioning, and flexibility. Follow along for a step-by-step breakdown, and if you’re working on making this move feel more comfortable, here are a few stretches to add to your routine:
-Shoulder and chest openers
-Side body stretches
-Hip flexor stretches
-Hamstring stretches
-Gentle spinal twists

Our Heels 1.5 class is here, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you.
Starting this Thursday at 6 PM, this class focuses on expressive choreography and learning how to connect movement with music while developing your own style and confidence.
In class, you’ll work on choreography combinations, flow, musicality, transitions, and expressive movement.
Heels are welcome, but they’re completely optional.
This class is best for students who have completed Intro to Pole and have some Level 1 experience, or who feel comfortable with basic spins and transitions.
We can’t wait to see you in class.
