Surprise from our BeMo Buddies Beau!

Our Buddies class runs Monday - Friday now giving all the Be More community some more time to interact and see their Buds. Monday & Wednesday is Buddy Cardio Hour & Tuesday & Thursday is regular cardio/strength class. DM for details!

Thanks to for creating such an amazing product. We use the tanks in our Open group trainings, but recently introduced them to our special
needs program. The coordination and balance needed to use the equipment has been not only productive to the Buddies development, but they seem to enjoy the equipment!
