Introducing Greenleaf’s two amazing Architectural Interns for this summer! 🌟

Clare Roth will be entering her fourth year of Architecture school at Louisiana State University in the fall, where she is also pursuing a minor in Real Estate Design, Construction, and Development. Originally from Covington and a graduate of St. Scholastica Academy, Clare enjoys the creative and problem solving aspects of architecture, especially when working with existing buildings and complex programming challenges. She loves developing designs in Revit, creating renderings, and bringing ideas to life through modeling. Outside of the office and studio, Clare enjoys trying different coffees, along with embroidery and stitching in her free time. ☕️🪡

Ava “Ski” Szczepanski will be entering her fourth year of Architecture school at Louisiana State University in the fall and is originally from Madisonville and a graduate of St. Scholastica Academy. Ava is passionate about the collaborative nature of architecture and the way thoughtful design can create unique experiences within the built environment. She is especially drawn to facade design and enjoys exploring how different material palettes can completely transform the identity of a space. Outside of the studio, Ava enjoys traveling to new cities for architectural inspiration, spending time with family, listening to live music, film, fashion, planning trips, and discovering great restaurants. 🎵🎞️

Station 81 is starting to take shape 👷‍♀️🚒

With the slab pour done, construction is moving forward on this important new facility for St. Tammany Fire District # 8. Designed to replace an aging station, Station 81 will provide a modern, resilient home base that supports daily operations, firefighter wellness, and the community of Abita Springs, while honoring the town’s historic character.
