Protec Powder Coating is growing and we’re looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our shop!
🛠️ What you’ll do:
• Prep parts (cleaning, masking, blasting)
• Apply powder coat & run ovens
• Quality check finished parts
• Help keep the shop clean and organized
✅ What we’re looking for:
• Strong work ethic & attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Powder coating or paint experience is a plus — we’ll train the right person
💰 What we offer:
• Competitive pay (based on experience)
• Steady hours, Monday–Thursday 8am-5pm Occasional Friday shift
• Hands-on training
• Chill but professional shop environment
