If there’s one thing I pride myself on as a veteran travel agent of 14 years, it’s complete honesty. I try many different resorts when I go to Disney, and this week, I decided to stay in the grand Destino tower at Coronado Springs. Here is my 100% honest review.

The resort tower is absolutely beautiful! The bus stop is right outside of the tower. You do not have to walk outside to get to the food court. You can get to the food court all being inside. The view is super beautiful and they have a gorgeous pool. There are several restaurants within the resort so you have something nice to do at night. This is an extra large resort so it has its own internal bus stop so for those who are placed farther back in the resort, do not have to walk all the way to the front to catch a bus.

*** there is one major drawback. By staying in the tower, you are last to be picked up by the buses. Although your bus stop is called bus stop number one, the buses pick up at stop two, three, and four before picking up at bus stop one. The buses are often full when they arrive and have very little seating area by the time you get on the bus. For this reason, I would probably choose not to stay in the tower again, but maybe in a different area of the resort where you are picked up sooner.

I hope this is not truly disappointing to anyone, but I would never allow my clients to go somewhere and stay at a place without knowing all of the facts about it before they go. Again, it’s a beautiful resort.!
