Lookin forward to seeing all of you tomorrow if you are able to make it by for Memorial Day Murph! Morning classes only! The first heat should plan to get rolling around 7:30, then 8:30 and finally 9:30. Looks like the rain will hold out except for that last heat! Be sure to come by a little early, get warmed up, and be ready to tackle “Murph”. Many scaleable options available if you cannot complete the full workout! Anyone and everyone is welcome to come by and join us. Hope to see you there!
