Happy Halloween! 2 questions: are you a Corrupted Jester or a Deviant Clown? Are you coming to Tavern tomorrow night to see and myself cover At The Drive-In songs?

Taxidermy is out today wherever you listen to music! In the time it took to finish Wildebeest, I had a few other songs sitting around that I really loved. was gracious enough to lend his production skills, and we put together this total experiment of a record. There are a few set staples on this one, as well as a few songs I've never performed.

The biggest thanks to Jacob for all his dedication to this project, as well as to for the incredible trumpet playing on the first track and to for the recording expertise on the two piano songs.

Finally, a massive thanks to anyone who takes the time to listen or to come celebrate with us at The Comet tonight! I don't take it for granted. 🖤

After another fun week in Ohio and Indiana, my fall tour is coming to a close! I have one more show on the books before winter and it's a really special one! I had the honor of being asked to support two of my favorite songwriters working right now: and .overman ! Charlie put out my favorite record of last year, and Grace's new album is at the top of my list for this year, so I'm so excited to get to share the stage with these folks! I can't recommend their songs enough!

To sweeten the deal, I'll have the full-band Career Enders backing me up for this show! Also, it's going to be my SECOND ALBUM RELEASE SHOW of this year. In the couple of years it took to finish Wildebeest, and I took 7 songs that I hadn't finished in time for the proper album and made a companion record. It's called Taxidermy, and it has some of my favorite tunes I've written on it.

Finally, I should be getting a delivery in the next day or two of the Wildebeest Vinyl records (lord willing). If everything goes according to plan, the show on October 24th will be the Wildebeest LP release show as well!

P.S. the Athens show at The Union fell through. I'm trying to move that one at the moment, but as of now, this show at the Comet is the last one on the books.
