My go-to breakfast when I need something quick but substantial- fried eggs on rice!
I make a big pot of rice pretty much every week so I always have some already cooked and on hand. A couple of soft fried eggs and whatever toppings appeal. Sweet chili sauce is delicious, but today I tried avocado and everything bagel seasoning, and I think it might be a new favorite!
Breakfast is served in literally 2 minutes.
