Project Update: Clarius – University Park, IL

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the mass earthwork portion of our Clarius project in University Park, Illinois, working alongside our partners at Meridian Design Build, Clarius Partners, LLC and Hillwood.

Over the past year, the Witech team has been hard at work on this 75-acre industrial site, moving more than 497,000 cubic yards of material while maintaining production levels exceeding 15,000 CY per day.

One of the key goals on this project was to keep production moving without the need for lime drying—and our team delivered. Through strong planning, coordination, and ex*****on in the field, we kept the operation efficient and on schedule while meeting the demands of a large-scale industrial development.

With mass earthwork now complete and pavement installation scheduled for the spring, we’re proud of the progress made and grateful for the strong partnerships that made it possible. Most importantly, the client is thrilled with the results—something our team takes great pride in.
