Which fills you with more excitement for what’s ahead: New Year’s Day or the first day of summer vacation?! We make the best summer list every year - filled with both magic and mundane and I’m an adult (on paper) but I get giddy alongside my kids every last day of school. This one was a different one for sure, and I am a sucker for having the kids at home and hearing laughter during their school days, so I’m going to take the summer to relish in that. For the next 3 months, how are you picturing the good? What’s on your summer list?

Two events next week are on the chopping block - nooooo! It's that time of year when scheduling anything too far out gets complicated - we get it! (The Annual End-of-School Tornado)

But *you* can help SAVE THE DAY by sharing this! We need two more registrations for each event to keep them on the calendar.

For the first event, you get to create the best DIY backyard tic tac toe game (or drop your kiddos off and catch your breath!), and for the second event, you get to kick off your flipflops and paint from your favorite spot, BYO beverage optional. Raindrops keep falling on my hat but not on my head thanks to my NEWEST FAVORITE HAT by Larsen Lane Lettering. She is simply magic, as an artist, a person and someone who sources quality products to create THE BEST goods for her fellow small businesses. These are currently now available in light gray (shown), black, forest green and distressed charcoal. I can’t wait to create some more designs for her to customize for me both for work and play (and usually that’s both in my world).
