Due to the winter storm the office will open at 8am on Tuesday January 4th 2022

Due to increasing concerns over COVID-19 we are asking patients to reschedule their appointments if they or anyone in their household has traveled, had a fever, cough or respiratory symptoms in the 2 weeks prior to their appointment. Or if they believe they may have been exposed to anyone that has. We are also asking for anyone other then the patient to please remain in their vehicle while the patient is being seen. We thank you for your understanding as we try to protect our patients and staff. Please feel free to call the office at anytime to speak with the staff with any concerns. When scheduling your appointment ask if TeleMedicine is an option.
