System wasn’t performing and the homeowner gave us a call after a few others came out.

I was able to identify a few issues the biggest one was the coils were filthy and restricting airflow

Maintenance is key….. if you haven’t had your system tuned up and inspected in this season please call 931-287-9431 before major damage starts.

This client noticed something wasn’t right and during the inspection I found melted wiring and the disconnect even started a small electrical fire and melted down.

Please make sure you’re having your system inspected and tuned up every six months!
Once in the spring before using your ac and once in the fall before using your heating system.

This system was not running after a lightning strike which could have been avoided if they had called us prior and discussed lightning strike and surge protection.

Today I ran into a new client that called due to no cooling…..

Another contractor put r407c into an r22 system this is a big no no!

R22 uses mineral oil while r407c using poe oil, and it’s federally illegal to mix refrigerants.

Please educate yourself before you let someone add r407c to your system.

This client now needs a new system as the compressor failed a month after having r407c added to their system!
