* Pick 2 proteins (rotisserie chicken, turkey, tofu, beans)
* Add 2 no-cook sides (bagged salad, cucumber salad, fruit)
* Choose 2 quick carbs (microwave rice, tortillas, pasta salad)
* Make one sauce to change flavors (tzatziki, salsa, pesto, vinaigrette)
* Prep grab-and-go snacks (yogurt, string cheese, cut fruit, hummus cups)
* Store in clear containers and label for easy weekday wins

Summer Pet Walking Tips ☀️🐾

Keep walks safe and comfortable when it’s hot:

* Walk early morning or after sunset
* Do the 5-second pavement test. If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for paws
* Choose shaded routes and avoid blacktop and metal grates
* Bring water and take short breaks in the shade
* Keep potty breaks short and frequent instead of one long walk
* Wipe paws after walks to remove hot grit and lawn treatments
* Watch for overheating: heavy panting, drooling, weakness, glazed eyes. Head inside right away
* Keep dogs on a leash in common areas and use pet stations for cleanup
