Congratulations to my seller client for getting his property sold. He called me up after it expired with another agent and said he believes I’m the man for the job. I’m super grateful that I was able to get it done. He deserved to get this property off of his hands after so many buyers walked away. He stay persistent and now it’s done!!!

Some of my current activity. I have other listings under contract. I have 10+ people working with lenders with some super close to being preapproved. I have active looking clients with preapprovals already. I have cash buyers I need to send houses to. I have other listings getting ready to hit the market. I have 6 Buyer Consultations scheduled while still having 20+ people to call and schedule a Buyer Consultation. On top of that, I do my own marketing. It sounds like a lot but I honestly feel like I’m finally just getting started. I’m just getting tighter and tighter with my timing.
