I have known Samantha since middle school. Today I had the honor of helping her and her husband accomplish their dream of moving to a farmhouse on acreage in the country!

We’ve looked at homes on and off for a few years, each time the Manter’s were a little more disheartened by the search.

And just as they finally have their bundle of joy on the way… the perfect timing for their perfect home showed up in perfect timing too!!

On Monday, I officially closed on my very first “Lemon Rice Realtor” client 🍋🍚🩷

This one felt extra special. We sold my clients’ starter home in Hammond and helped them move into their new home in Hobart… and I even got to work alongside fellow Banga family member Julie Degnan on the deal (& Litke Loans Group, for my sellers on their purchase)

Most importantly, I’m just so happy for this beautiful family to be settling into a home they truly love.

But also… as a proud Rustbelt Baddie, I’m still a little in awe that my quirky love of lemon rice soup is literally bringing people together 😂💕
