Assalamu Alaikum Dear Parents,

We are excited to remind you that Indiana Horizon Academy’s Graduation Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 20, from 5:00–8:00 p.m.

On this day, the whole school will be dismissed early at 12:00 noon. Parents may begin lining up for pickup starting at 11:45 a.m. at both the Winfield Campus and the West Building in Colorado.

We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our Pre-K, Kindergarten, 5th Grade, and 8th Grade students. This special evening will honor their hard work, growth, and accomplishments throughout the school year.

Please make sure students arrive on time for the ceremony and follow any instructions shared by their teachers regarding dress code, seating, and participation in the program.

We look forward to a beautiful celebration with our students and families, insha’Allah.

Eighth Grade College Visit

Our eighth-grade students recently visited an engineering class at Indiana University Northwest, where they experienced their first taste of college life. Students participated in an interactive, hands-on class that encouraged discussion and problem-solving. They were excited to engage in a real college setting and see how engineering concepts are applied in practice. Many students shared how much they enjoyed the visit and felt inspired by the experience, as it made the idea of attending college feel more real and achievable.

Sadaqah Jariya

We are so proud of our amazing 8th graders for organizing a beautiful bake sale after Jummah. With sincere intentions and hard work, they came together to raise funds for a sadaqah jariya cause—giving in a way that continues to benefit others long after today. From baking to selling, every step was filled with teamwork, generosity, and heart. May Allah accept it from them and make it a source of ongoing reward.
