I recently completed a project involving the welding of a spare tire mount onto a bumper. After discussing the ideal angle with the customer and confirming the tire's clearance with the bumper and truck, I thoroughly cleaned the parts, ensured precise alignment, and obtained approval for the placement. The welding process, including the addition of a reinforcing gusset, was completed within a couple of hours. An emergency call was received from a commercial operator stranded at the Petro in Dodge City due to a severely cracked tandem slider. Been Welding was promptly dispatched to the location. Upon arrival, the technician assessed the damage and carried out necessary welding repairs on-site. The repair was completed efficiently, allowing the driver to resume their route with minimal downtime and full confidence in the equipment’s integrity.

Completed this repair project last night, successfully removing the deck, cutting out the damaged area, and welding in a patch piece, followed by reinstallation of the deck and reattachment of the bracket, now stronger than ever.

Got a call for this lawn mower that had split completely in half, I was able to get it back straight and add in some extra bracing to keep it from happening again and he was able to get his yard back to looking good in no time.

Customer had one of the arms on her decorative plant hanger break off and we were able to get it fixed and looking good just in time for another beautiful spring season!
