I am a wife, mom and Lala . I have the desire to serve my community to help each person live the best quality of life possible. I started studying Holistic medicine 28 years ago due to certain stress factors in my life that I couldn’t find resolve for . Now I want to bring my knowledge and experience to the community.
Wednesday January 8th I will begin seeing clients at Align Alabama Health & Wellness. I consult on nutrition , lifestyle change, detoxing of heavy metals , chemicals ext nutrition response testing ( muscle testing) using whole food supplements and herbs ( standard process and medi herb). I will also offer community education on different topics once a month complementary! Please make any suggestions in the comments of any topic you would love to learn more about!
