New work hours: Fridays from 8-2:00

I've made my own massage therapy appointment for this week after getting the kids back in school. Yes Mamas, we love our children dearly, but we have all heard enough fussing and fighting during the summer. We have entertained and planned playdates and spend the nights. It is time that we head back to our own self care. No, it is not selfish to drop the kids off and run to the nearest coffee shop, book store, grocery store, park, gym (insert your place of choice), and enjoy some YOU time! You must take time for YOU in order to be what all those around you need.
