We were blessed to have this sweet guest who also happens to be a very talented photographer book our place this past weekend! She shared some of the photos she took during her stay with us 😍

Spent the weekend in this fantastic barn on #thewheefarm on the outskirts of Cullowhee, NC. The barn was adorable, the eggs GORGOUS! (And yummy) and views and stars to die for. #astrophotography #northcarolina #smokeymountains #blueridgemountains

***Silkies pending sale. Olive eggers still available!

3 day old chicks hatched here on our farm up for discussion! We’ve got (4) silkies (regular and showgirl) and (5) BCM X cream legbar/easter egger chicks (these will all most likely be olive eggers- see chart in photos and egg photo of what we’ve gotten from these mixes in the past- there is always a small chance that the offspring may lay a variation of brown instead of olive because we do have a couple of Easter egger hens but so far we’ve been lucky to have all of our previous hatches lay olive as the majority of our blue egg layers are cream legbars!).
Also, side note, our roosters have great genetics (from Sadie Girl Farms) and are the best, sweetest and most docile roosters we’ve ever owned! We trust them 100% around our kids.
