Flyin ARM'S Homestead

Yesterday our oldest Lucas turned 17. I have been a mom for 17 years. Where did the blue-eyed blonde hair little boy go? Now he has dark brown and hazel eyes. He has become my best friend. It's crazy to believe it was at his age when I became pregnant with him. Today he starts his 1st big boy job, and we wish him so much luck. He was here yesterday so we just got to spend the whole day together. It did this momma heart so much good. I am excited to see what his future holds and the path he goes down in life. Knowing that whatever happens we will have his back helping and support him always.

I pulled one of my buckets of potatoes. I'm not a fan of doing it that way. I still have 3 left and 8 plants in the ground. However, I guess I mixed 2 different types.

For today we are making Rotel tomatoes and the 2nd batch of garlic salt.
