Congratulations to ALCO and Elite athlete Alexa Uphold on their victory over ACCE in the state quarterfinals! Alexa and ALCO play South Carroll in the state semifinals Tuesday. We know she will be back in the gym getting ready for that matchup!

Congratulations to these hard working Elite Strength & Performance girls! Their hard and smart work training at our facility took them to the Region championship! Our Fort Hill girls finished a great season but the ALCO girls play on tomorrow at 3:30 at Lions Field in the State Quaterfinals. It will be a hot day and Elite is donating water and Gatorade to both teams.
