From fixer-upper to a successful closing! 🏡✨

This one was a journey, and it’s a reminder that strategy matters. I had the privilege of helping my investor purchase this property with the vision of transforming it into something special. The original plan was for us to sell it together, but circumstances changed and another agent was brought in to list the home.

After five months on the market with little movement, my investor reached back out and asked us to take over. The first thing we did was reposition the property. We refreshed the presentation, highlighted its best features, created a brand-new feel through strategic marketing, and priced it where the market demanded. The difference was immediate.
