🍎 Fueling minds and bodies this summer! 📚
It’s hard to get lost in a great book when your stomach is growling. Hungry kids can’t concentrate, their physical and emotional well-being suffers, and they miss out on the magic of summer library activities. When schools close for the summer, access to nutritious food shouldn't stop.
That’s why Forsyth County Public Library is thrilled to partner with the Forsyth County School Nutrition , the Georgia School Nutrition Program and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide nutritious summer snacks at no cost in a fun, enriching environment: the Cu***ng Library!
Here’s everything you need to know to keep your kids and teens fueled up:
🗓️ Dates: June 1–July 15, 2026
📍 Location: Cu***ng Library, 585 Dahlonega Street
👶 Eligibility: Open to all children and teens ages 18 and under
⏰ Weekly Snack Schedule:
Mondays: 12:30–1:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 12:00–1:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 3:00–4:00 p.m.
Snacks are served on a first-come, first-served basis and must be eaten on the premises per USDA guidelines. Forsyth County Public Library is an equal opportunity provider.
