Ever wondered who reshelves the nearly 3 million books checked out from our libraries each year?
That is the work of our Collection Support Aides (CSAs)! We are incredibly grateful for this essential crew, who care for our collection every day so library visitors have a great experience when browsing for their next read.
Our CSAs make a difference every day by:
🔄 Sorting and shelving checked-in materials to quickly get them back into circulation.
📦 Managing your holds so they are ready for prompt pickup.
đź“š Organizing the shelves so our aisles are welcoming and easy to navigate.
This hands-on work is perfect for anyone who enjoys organizing, has a great eye for detail, and of course—loves the library! Just ask one of our team members:

🦖 This week on Booktastic Park, Brontë the T. rex finally made it to the Bookmobile! Determined to reach his reading goals, he grabbed as many books as possible—and with a little help from a librarian, he skipped off into the sunshine with a great stack of reads.
