Join us for a meaningful and restorative community workshop designed to help you better understand stress, emotions, and the nervous system in a supportive, creative environment. The forum is facilitated by Edvique Shaver, Founder of Living my Now

✨ The Estuary Within: Navigating Stress, Emotions, and the Nervous System invites participants to explore how the nervous system influences our thoughts, emotions, relationships—and how creativity can become a powerful tool for grounding, healing, and emotional wellness.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and a calming watercolor mandala art practice, participants will experience how color, repetition, mindfulness, and creative expression can help regulate stress and prevent the development of unhealthy behavior patterns, including opioid misuse.

This welcoming workshop is open to everyone in the community. No artistic experience is necessary—just come as you are.
