This is a really useful tool. #2 really gave some good insight into how to be genuinely very helpful to your customers. So much of what many businesses do (especially service companies), we can easily help customers learn to do themselves. Which one might ask, doesn't that take away business if the customer is DIY empowered? Actually, the opposite, because the biggest reason people hire a service company (plumber, electrician, attorney, landscaper) is TIME. While they may do some things themselves, the customers TIME, is their motivation.
