Valentine's is the best day to show your loved ones how much you care! Get your girlfriend or boyfriend some yummy chocolate covered strawberries. Bring some cake pops to your classmates! Or give your favorite teacher a chocolate surprise! Show your mom, dad, Nana, Papa, son or daughters that they are the sweetest with some sweet treats! Valentine's is for everyone.

There is a lot of baking going on this weekend. I have some extra goodies not claimed yet.

* 1 pound of peanut butter fudge
* 1 pound of chocolate fudge with nuts
* 9 bourbon balls
* 1 dozen buckeyes
* 1 loaf of jam cake (not the 8 inch cake. Loaf serves about 4-6 people)
* 24 oatmeal raisin cookies
* 20 or so orange blossoms (a new menu item. It's yellow mini cupcakes with an orange glaze)
* Mini peanut butter roll pieces.
