For those that think since you're buying a new construction home I shouldn't need a home inspection I have a few pics that will make you rethink that. The pic of the water heater venting in the attic was caught at the 1 year inspection..yes it had been venting harmful gasses In the attic for almost a year..scary!
The pic on bottom right is proper installation.
