Below is the criteria:

Lead/CRM Management
Input leads into CRM
Send introduction email as Nebil from CRM
Follow up with lead until application.
Call, email, and text leads using CRM.
5 touches then ask Nebil to call referral partner for help.
Disposition leads accordingly (applied, not qualified, unresponsive, not ready, DNC, etc.)
Provide weekly lead updates with Nebil.
Assist lead with online application if needed (over phone)
Collect documents for preapproval.
Weekly follow up with preapproved Borrowers


Set Realtor Appts
Call, text, and email Agents to setup appts for Nebil (call, zoom or coffee)
Manage CRM
Send mass emails.
Send weekly video emails to realtor groups.
Manage Calendar
Add scheduled calls.
Manage Socials & Marketing
Post to IG and FB.
Edit videos.
DM agents
Weekly Email Videos (email & text)
Manage inbox.
Identify emails that require immediate attention (notify Nebil)
Reply to lead introduction emails from realtors.
