Worried AI may extinguish the humanity of life coaching? AI is all the range right now and Bots are being used everywhere! Now, don't get me wrong, I love technology as much as the next person. I mean, I couldn't run my business without it! But when it comes to life coaching, I firmly believe that AI can never replace a real-life, human coach.

Sure, AI can provide help make blog posts and prepare coaching plans, but can it really understand the emotional complexities of a human being? Can it read between the lines, pick up on nonverbal cues, and offer emotional support? Nope, sorry, it can't.

And can AI truly say that it's been where you are, overcome obstacles, and learned valuable life lessons along the way? Nope, sorry, it just doesn't have real experiences. AI will never be a leader, a mentor, or an example of what is possible for the client. People need people to look up to.

And I mean, let's be real here. Can you imagine pouring your heart out to a robot and expecting it to understand your feelings? It's like talking to a brick wall! And let's not forget about the fact that AI can't give you a real hug (or even a Zoom hug) when you need it the most. I mean, sure, it can send you 🤗, but that's just not the same, is it?

So, coach, keep doing what you're doing. Embrace your humanity, connect with your clients on a personal level, be the example of what's possible, and offer them the emotional support and understanding that they need to succeed. Remember, AI may have its benefits, but it can never replace the value of what you have to offer with all your humanity, faults and all!

Hello everyone, it's Michelle here, and today I want to talk about something that I know we all struggle with - time management. But guess what? The key to managing your time isn't actually managing time at all! Crazy, right?

Instead of trying to squeeze 30 hours of work into a 24-hour day (we've all been there), I want to teach you how to manage your events. That's right, events, as in the stuff you do all day. But don't worry, I'm not talking about boring stuff like meetings and spreadsheets. We're talking about the juicy stuff that makes life worth living - like happy hour, Netflix binges, and of course, getting your hustle on.

First things first, you gotta prioritize your events. Not all events are created equal, my friends. You need to figure out which ones are important and urgent, and which ones can wait. Pro tip: if your event involves wine, that might be a higher priority than your work meeting. Just sayin'.

Next up, break down those big, scary events into bite-sized pieces. We're all about taking baby steps here, people. I mean, have you ever tried to eat a whole pizza in one sitting? It's not pretty. But if you break it down into slices, suddenly it's totally doable. Same goes for events. You'll be amazed at how much you can accomplish when you take things one step at a time.

Now, let's talk goals. I'm all about setting big, juicy, audacious goals. But here's the thing - they gotta be realistic. You can't expect to run a marathon tomorrow if you can barely run a mile today. Same goes for events. Set goals that are achievable and work your way up from there. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish when you start small.

And finally, the most important thing of all - learning to say no. This is a tough one, I know. But sometimes, you gotta put your foot down and say no to the events that aren't serving you. Maybe it's that after-work event that's sucking up all your energy, or that project that's not aligning with your goals. Whatever it is, don't be afraid to say no. It'll free up more time for the events that really matter.

So there you have it, folks. Managing your events, not your time, is the key to a happy, productive life. And if all else fails, just remember what my girl Beyonce says - "I don't have time for the nonsense." Preach, B!

Hey everyone! So as an owner of a digital marketing agency, I talk a lot about the benefits of paid ads, but today I want to talk about the best FREE marketing strategy a lot of coaches are overlooking.

Facebook Groups!

Here are just a few reasons why having a Facebook group can be a game-changer for your coaching business:

âš¡ You can build a community around your coaching niche. Whether you're a life coach, a business coach, or a health coach, having a Facebook group allows you to connect with people who share your passion and build a community around your niche. It's like having your own little corner of the internet where you can geek out about your favorite topics and help others do the same.

âš¡ You can establish yourself as an authority in your field. When you're active in your Facebook group, answering questions, sharing tips, and providing value to your members, you're positioning yourself as an expert in your field. And when people see you as an authority, they're more likely to trust you and want to work with you.

âš¡ You can get instant feedback on your coaching offers. If you're thinking about launching a new coaching program or product, your Facebook group is the perfect place to get feedback and test the waters. You can ask your members what they think of your idea, get suggestions for improvement, and even pre-sell your offer to a group of eager buyers.

So there you have it, folks! If you're not already using a Facebook group as a free marketing tool for your coaching business, you're missing out on a huge opportunity. It's like having your own personal fan club, but instead of screaming fans, you have a group of like-minded people who are eager to learn from you and support you on your journey.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to answer some questions in my own Facebook group. See you there!
